Brad Davis, Alleged Atomic Wedgie Killer An Oklahoma man told sheriff’s deputies he killed his stepfather by giving him an “atomic wedgie.”
Deputies in Pottawatomie County said Brad Davis told them he’d gone to his stepfather’s home Dec. 21 near McLoud when Denver St. Clair “jumped him.”
That’s when Davis apparently pulled the 58-year-old St. Clair’s underpants up his back and over his head during the struggle, and the older man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators said the cause of death was blunt force trauma to the head and asphyxiation.
“I’d never seen this before, but when we first looked at our victim seeing the waistband of his underwear was around his neck,” said Pottawatomie County Sheriff Mike Booth.St. Clair was under a permanent protective order filed in 2008 by his wife, Tressia Ann St. Clair, the mother of Davis.
She lived in the home where St. Clair was killed, authorities said.
Tressia St. Clair told authorities she’d found her husband embraced in a “sexual way” with a drinking buddy about five years ago, and she said he later grabbed her by the neck and threw her through a bathroom door.
Davis was arrested Tuesday afternoon on first-degree murder charges.
