Just finished my Diet Pizza Snack Production. I make 2 of
these with a low-fat pizza dough (1/2 tablespoon olive oil each pizza),
fat-free cheese, low-fat pizza sauce (I make it, so it's very low in fat, 1-1/2
teaspoons olive oil) and a bunch of 'free' veggies. They get cut up into 10
pieces each and frozen, and one slice makes a nice evening snack that so far
has had little or no impact on my diet and satisfies my 'pizza pangs'.
