Spring on Cape Cod means, among other things, that seasonal businesses start to reopen. This place, Captain Frosty's in Dennis, makes excellent fish and chips as well as other fried seafood items. Easter Jam Making
The week before Easter the local supermarkets (Shaws, Stop & Shop) usually have great sales on fresh strawberries. I love strawberry jam so I buy 10 or 12 pounds of them and make some jam. I bring a couple of jars to the host of Easter dinner and the rest goes in the pantry. As you can see it was a great success...
