Great Thin Crust Pizza In Minutes!

This is a great snack. If you use your own sauce and low or fat-free cheese, it's pretty easy on the diet as well. 

Preheat broiler. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add 1teaspoon olive oil to skillet and wipe out with a paper towel. Add large flour tottilla (large bubble side up) to skillet. 

Spread marinara sauce over tortilla. (I always have marinara in the freezer.) 

Add 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella

Add toppings sparingly and cook over medium heat until cheese is melting and underside of tortilla is browning. 

Put into broiler and cook until the tortilla is browning around edges. 

Take out of oven and let sit on a wire rack for a moment or two before enjoying.
