Another Canning Project

The Contessa di Pomodori and I decided to make Vinegar Peppers again at Castello Pomodori but this time we decided to make her Bread & Butter Zucchini Pickles too. As I was too exhausted from working at "The Cuckoo's Nest" on Saturday, the Contessa made the Vinegar Peppers on Sunday and I went over to do the Zucchini Pickles today. We got 26 pints of peppers and 14 pints of pickles! Next week we will be making Tia Francesca's Fiesta Salsa at Button House. I will post some photos of the process and results when that happens.
