Diet Notes

Day 2 of Jenny Craig. I don't know about you but I'm not a morning eater. I get up at six and usually don't feel like eating until after 9 am. On the Jenny program you eat six times a day so you have to start early to get it all in. I just finished eating a bowl of cereal, milk and a 2-egg white omelette. Eating this early is going to be the most difficult part if this. Plus eating everything they want you to eat.
