Baking: Banana Nut Muffins UPDATED
Not having much to do today I decided to make use of some old-ish bananas and tried the Joy of Cooking's Banana Nut Muffin recipe. They are yummy! Recipe link below.

UPDATE: Just for the record the recipe says you should eat them while they are fresh and warm. If you don't they're as dry as a buckwheat fart.
